As a dancer working up to 8 hours a day, I need something energizing to start my day off right. Oatmeal is an easy and healthy alternative to many breakfast foods. No more sugary cereals!
What you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup Quaker Quick 1-minute Oats
- 1/2 banana
- 3 strawberries
- 1/4 cup of milk
- spoonful of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- teaspoon of vanilla extract
Next, add all of the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
Place in microwave and heat it up for 1 minute 30 sec. up to 1 minute 45 sec.
Take out of microwave, stir up with a spoon and your banana & strawberry oats are ready to go! Enjoy! 🙂
