What you’ll need:
- Spring Salad Mix
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- organic Caesar dressing
Of course feel free to add a protein, like grilled chicken, or even shredded cheese to the mix. Always fit the recipe to your own dietary needs!
So, once you have your ingredients, chop up the vegetables, drizzle some dressing on top and you’re ready to eat a very healthy lunch or dinner! Enjoy!
